An Eccentric. A Ceramist. A lover of obscure succulents. Sloane Angell has spent the last decade crafting and curating a collection of original pieces that reflect nature itself, focusing on the curves and grooves of humanity. A wizard with his hands and a master of his craft.
An Eccentric. A Ceramist. A lover of obscure succulents. A family man. A rock climber. He has spent the last decade crafting and curating a collection of original pieces that reflect nature itself, focusing on the curves and grooves of humanity.
One of our favorite pieces in his collection is titled, “Pot Head.” Made entirely out of clay, standing at about 2 ft. tall, the piece depicts the upper half of a woman. A blue woman. She has no face, but has an empty place to hold a plant and pot of your choosing. His style is unique. His style is bold. His style is slightly strange, but also perfect at the same time, it is eccentric.
Sloane Angell is a Los Angeles local, a Jurassic Magic regular, and an absolute wizard with his hands. He values his hands--like a lot. When asked what his favorite body part is, with no hesitation he said… his HANDS. What else would he have said? He can’t make dope ass sculptures with his feet.
