1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable:
- Perishable goods such as coffee beans, ground coffee, or other food items.
- Gift cards and promotional items.
- Custom or special-order items.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Wait for return authorization and instructions from our support team.
- Ship the item back to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Exchanges

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include a description of the issue and photos if possible. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
